Overview

This was a brand new home spec. Emcy had a contractor come in the day after closing and add in all the special details like wallpaper, ceiling trim details, additional painting and plumbing. Carpenters added coffer ceilings, floating shelves and wainscoting. Wallpaper on the Great Room wall is a wood laser cut veneer that is the focal feature of the entertaining space.

Every piece of furniture and decor was picked with purpose while the client was completely hands-off in Chicago. Every single detail is the result of careful planning by Emcy.
