Light, bright, and exciting. These were a few driving factors for this newly built condo in the heart of Downtown Sarasota. With a clean slate handed to us from the builder, we were able to work with the finishes in place in order to layer various textures, patterns and pops of colors for the feel of an eternal vacation. Each room has its own story. From the Guest and Owners' Suites custom drapery and bedding to the multifunctional Den, our client gets to enjoy their home away from home in any Season.
