Sandy Cove

Overview

Sandy Cove rests on a waterfront Siesta Key Canal and is home to our most trusting clients. For the most delightful couple, we took a newly completed, builder-basic grade home and added unique wallpaper, trim accent walls, and switched out dull lighting for unexpected unique decorative lighting. Each room was designed around a specific element -for example- The Bonus Room was designed around the Onyx bowls on the wall, the guest bedroom was designed around the bright coral ceiling wallpaper and the Dining room was centered around the blue velvet chairs. We brought together edgy design elements paired with natural elements and mixed in radical color to create something special. This home tells a unique story as you tour the spaces, thanks to the client giving us cart blanche on the interiors and trusting us implicitly. You won't be able to pick a favorite spot because each one is as fabulous as the next. When designer, Darby Myers, is allowed to get a little funky and given the opportunity to do what she does best, the result is extraordinary.
