Overview

This is an older project from the Emcy portfolio that wanted modern before modern became cool. Simple was the name of the game from the beginning, and we adhered to clean lines and neutral palettes accented only by contemporary statement pieces. We didn't over complicate anything with flashy finishes, just let the architecture speak for itself. This gem is tucked away West of the Trail with an incredible view of Sarasota bay.
