Overview
This project was a new build, and started from absolute scratch. Emcy helped with months of developing floor plans, and many more months of selecting all the finishes and interior details. Our scope included many job site visits overseeing construction and meeting with sub contractors to go over every detail at installation. Every square inch was thought through. My favorite is the massive island and the Study ceiling applied flex trim detailing. Extra special details included fun detailing like dark trim, glass shower floors and hand made oriental tiles.
