Overview

This Bird Key project is near and dear to our heart. With the initial meeting in 2019, we survived a long Covid custom build, finishing in late 2022. We took our time with furnishings post-closing to make sure everything was perfect. Still to this day, we refer to the Foyer chandelier as "The Covid Chandelier" which you can clearly see the resemblance to covid virus.

This incredibly special house with an even more special client was a true team effort from start to finish. Team meetings for all key elements such as Kitchen ceiling, bar shelving and fireplace layouts were detailed yet always a fun collaboration with the clients and the contractors. We used the client's original art, furnishings and even a beer tap from their Prague home to re-create a second story lounge reminiscent of their Prague days. From the bay views of the rear balconies, you may catch us enjoying the dolphins and the tourist tiki boats pass by.
